Refund Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to all paid Seizn subscriptions purchased through Litheon LLC (Wyoming, USA), including Author Memory Web (Track 1), API · MCP (Track 2), and Desktop (Track 3, when launched).
2. Annual subscriptions
You may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase. We will refund the full amount paid through Stripe; processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law (e.g., consumer protection statutes in your jurisdiction). You may cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the paid period.
3. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time and remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate or refund the unused portion of the current month.
4. How to request a refund
Open Settings → Billing → Customer Portal and select Cancel and refund. The flow is fully self-service and processes immediately for eligible refunds. No human review is required for refunds inside the 14-day window.
If the self-service flow does not show your subscription, contact [email protected] with your account email and the order reference; we respond within 3 business days.
5. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, your account remains active for a 7-day grace period while we retry the charge. After grace, the subscription downgrades to Free tier. No refund is owed for the failed charge.
6. Disputes and chargebacks
Please contact [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in suspension of your account pending dispute resolution.
7. Charter pricing
Charter pricing is a discounted rate offered to early subscribers, locked until 2027-05-01. If you cancel and resubscribe after the Charter window closes, the standard regular rate applies. Refunds within the 14-day window do not affect Charter eligibility on a future subscription if you resubscribe within the Charter window.
8. Tax
Sales tax (US) and VAT (EU/UK/Korea) are calculated and collected by Stripe at checkout. Refunds include any tax originally paid; the tax refund is processed automatically by Stripe.
